RETURN POLICY If you are not satisfied with any item, it may be returned within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This RAN must appear on any returns, or they will be refused. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. Any part returned after 30 (thirty) days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please advise why the part is being returned so that we can take the appropriate action. All parts being returned must be transportation prepaid. All printed material, cut-to-order, electrical, and special order parts are NOT refundable. All damages and shortages must be reported within 10 days. SHIPPING CHARGES For UPS Ground Shipping charges, refer to the chart on the order form. Outside the U.S., we'll charge you exact Air Mail or UPS Rates plus a $15.00 documentation fee. Please be aware of mail size and weight restrictions. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Air services is available in the contiguous U.S. The exact additional delivery & handling charges must be added. Saturday delivery is available on Overnight Air only; please add an additional $10.00. BACK ORDERS While we normally stock all items in our catalog, we do at times exhaust our supply. If we expect the item to be available in a reasonable amount of time, we will backorder the item on your behalf. While it's frustrating to backorder a part, the system does offer certain benefits. You will not be billed until the item is shipped and it will be reserved in your name and sent as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. Most importantly you will receive it at the same price, even if significant price increases have occurred. Shipping charges are added to each shipment. INSURANCE Each order is charged an insurance fee of $2.95. This fee will insure the entire order and protect you completely from damage or loss. The order form on our website and in the catalog includes this fee in the indicated column when your order is being totaled. MAIL ORDER We accept personal checks, money orders, bank checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please do not send cash. Please give us a full description of the parts that you are ordering. Shipments may be held for up to 2 (two) weeks for personal checks to clear the bank. COD ORDERS COD is accepted on phone orders only. The COD charge is $10.95 per package over and above all other charges. Payment must be made by money order or certified check only. FAX ORDERS We have a 24 hour FAX machine service. Our FAX number is (304) 724-6660 or (800) 872-2014. CORE DEPOSITS The purpose of a core deposit is to ensure the return of good rebuildable parts. Your core deposit will be refunded when we receive your complete rebuildable core. A copy of the original invoice must accompany your core. No credit can be issued for damaged, broken, disassembled, or incomplete units. EXCHANGE ONLY We will have your original part rebuilt to meet or exceed O.E.M. specifications. You must send us the part with the associated charge, and we will return it to you rebuilt.
